Purchased the Bio a few months ago and have been extremely pleased with the vacuum. Setting it up was a breeze after it initially mapped the rooms. It does a fantastic job keeping dust and pet hair in check. It easily goes over different surfaces and rarely needs assistance from me. Once you have the rooms mapped and marked for the cleaning, it is really on auto-cruise. Bio is very quiet, and my dogs could care less with it running. My cat still hasn't made friends with Bio, but she doesn't totally freak out with a regular vacuum. When it docks and empties the vac, it is a little noisier but that is okay because you can hear the powerful suction cleaning the bin. My neighbor, who has another brand, asked how I liked it. When I told her I had nothing bad to say, she purchased one to replace her other "well-known" model. She hated having to constantly empty her "oomba" every night. Can't go wrong with this product, the capacity is awesome, and it seems very well made-they even use recycled materials in the manufacturing. Customer service with bObsweep is second to none (didn't have an issue but just a question). I highly recommend bObsweep robot vacs and I am actually purchasing a second one for my upstairs. Couldn't ask for anything more except wish it could cook dinner, take care of the laundry and maybe wash the car from time to time. One can dream.

I highly recommend the Bio. It is a game changer in our house. I dont know what took us so long. But, I could never go back. I look foward each day to her showing up and doing a great job at keeping up with our Labradors hair. Highly impressed. The ability to use the mobile app and map the home is cutting edge.

This is a great vacuum! It has a long battery life and ran for two hours and 55 minutes without a battery recharge, vacuuming my entire house! It mapped a very accurate map of my house. The app has a wealth of support, including instructional videos. Videos can also be found on YouTube. There is also a printed manual that comes with the vacuum. Customer support is excellent!

I am not a technical person so when I was able to program this myself (without asking anyone to help me) I immediately thought it was a good purchase! It is perfect for keeping my new vinyl floors clean, and very happy I found this when it was on sale!

I thought that this would be very complicated to set up but was pleasantly pleased with how easy it was. Just follow instructions and start it up and it does the rest. I have 4 cats and it done an excellent job at getting the cat hair up even in corners and baseboards. I would definitely recommend.
