I applied daily in the morning & used the cream version before bedtime. My skin looks firmer & younger. My skin is “plumper” and I feel better in my skin! This is creamy, supple and my skin just drinks it right up. I love that it does not just sit on my skin or leaves any greasy feeling on it. After about maybe 5 minutes it is completely absorbed. However, it does in fact reduce crepey skin. I love it.

I recently tried out the new Cetaphil Hydrating and Firming Lotion. They have several products in this line, one for face, one for body, and a lotion for hands. It has skin activator compounds that penetrate deep to activate sleeping cells that help to firm up the skin. I have only used this a short time and cannot say much about the firming aspect, but there are several other things I noticed and liked. It is a thicker formula lotion so it is not messy and it absorbed well into my skin. You only need a small amount to get the job done, a little goes a long way. I also personally liked that it had almost no scent to it as well. I have fragrances I like to put on myself and do not like having my lotion compete with them. Overall I am happy with it and my skin is left hydrated and soft after each use.

Just seeing how slowly my skin is losing firmness is something that makes me want to turn back time, so when I received this hydrating and firming lotion, I was thrilled. I’m constantly washing my hands so the first place I knew I had to try this lotion was on my hands and arms which tend to get really dry throughout the day. As soon as I put some lotion on and massaged it into my skin, I noticed a huge improvement. My skin no longer feels dry but completely moisturized and slightly firmer. I do believe the texture of the lotion helps tremendously since it’s creamy and as well the AHA & CICA. I will continue to use this lotion as much as I can throughout the day.

One common ingredient I've noticed is CICA or Centella Asiatica. It's great for moisturizing and protecting the skin barrier. The Cetaphil Skin Activator Hydrating & Firming Lotion also has AHA (Mandelic Acid) that helps increase surface skin cell turnover to even your skin tone. The lotion formula is much lighter than the cream version and is great for arms, legs, and hands. It has no scent, great for those like me who are sensitive to strong smells. It is dermatologist-tested and recommended as well as hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, and paraben-free. Instantly gives a boost of moisture leaving it feeling soft, smooth, and less crepey. It has no oily residue and it absorbs well.
