Katie's Burrata Margherita Frozen Pizza - 13.9oz

In under 10 minutes, this cooked perfectly - the crust was crispy yet chewy, the cheese was melty, and the pepperonis cupped up. It comes at a little more of a premium price but definitely the quality to match.

So bad. I regret spending this much on a frozen pizza when I could have supported a local business for about the same amount and had a much better experience. The crust is thin and dense/floppy like others have said (a lot like pita bread but worse). The crust tastes weird and bitter from the wood fire residue. It also seems like it is missing something because the crust is so flat. This is probably the worst frozen pizza I’ve ever bought and I wish I could get my money back.

This is a great frozen wood fired pizza. After reading other reviews I opted to cook the pizza for an extra couple minutes and the results were perfection. It is more expensive than most but worth it to have a hand made, wood fired pizza made with quality ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While a little tough to find in the store I found the pizza to be well worth my hunt because it was absolutely delicious. Minimal packaging which I like for how much there is after to throw away and the instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. I cooked for 9 minutes and it was amazing. A few more likely would have only given me a more crispy crust which would have been fine too. I would stock up on these when seeing them on sale but I would also pay full price for a special home cooked meal option.

OMG Not only is it not good pizza but after two slices I felt nauseous. I should have read the reviews first!! I’ll see if Target can refund me because what a total waste of money and now I feel sick. was so excited to have great pizza today but instead I feel like I bought this at the dollar store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] yummy! this pizza is flavorful. i especially like how quick it took to make. the instructions say to put it on a sheet for soft crust or put it directly on the the rack for crispy. took only 12 minutes to bake!

I honestly would get something cheap for frozen. At this price point you can order pizza for the same cost.

Just tried for the first time and LOVED it. I’d compare to our local wood fired pizza place. We cooked right on the grates and it was nice and crispy - came out perfect!

Tastes like pizza from a litte pizzeria with a wood fired oven. I baked it on a pan with holes for 8 minutes and let it sit for a few. Perfect when you want that true Neapolitan flavor from your own home without the work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pizza is very good it tases like real pizza if you know what I mean. The only reason i knocked off a point is because the cheese has a little or a rubbery texture. But otherwise this a good choice for a frozen.

This pizza label looks great but once baked according to the instructions- crust is very soft and floppy - don’t waste your money

I’m really surprised to see so many positive reviews on Katie’s pizza. The marketing (label) got me and I bought both the meatball and burrata margherita. I baked them both and was incredibly disappointed in both the texture and flavor. First, the crust is waaaay too thin to support the pizza. And it has the texture of grocery store pita bread, enhanced with lots of burnt spots. I baked the pizzas directly on the rack, as the instructions recommended for a crispy crust. The crust did not crisp up, however and it actually was so soggy that it stuck to the rack. So, that’s the texture issue. Then, there’s the taste. Something was very off and caused the pizza to taste smoked, like bacon kind of smoked. I don’t know if it was the burnt crust, the sauce or maybe they used a smoked mozz or provolone. It was really off putting and unexpected. I tried a piece of each pizza and threw the rest in the garbage. I have eaten a lot of subpar grocery store pizza, but it’s cheap and is what it purports to be so I’m okay with it. Red Baron is $4-6 and it’s a good, basic frozen pizza. These were $12 and marketed as though you’d be transported to Italy. I remained in PA, and could’ve gotten a $12 pizza from my corner pizza shop that was significantly better and more filling.

For this price I had high hopes. I attempted to cook the pizza directly on the rack as instructed and the center feel through. I have never had this happen with a frozen pizza, this pizza cannot support itself and should not be cooked directly on the rack.

However, I was somewhat disappointed with the portion size in relation to the price. Furthermore, the pizza resembled a flatbread more than a thin-crust pizza. While the combination of creamy burrata and tomato sauce was appealing, I found it to be a bit too oily. The crust did crisp up nicely in the oven, resulting in a pleasant crispness around the edges, and the toppings offered a flavorful taste. Overall, it's an acceptable option, but I feel it is overpriced and does not offer good value.

Tasted like I made my own rustic pizza at home from scratch. The tomato sauce was SO good and the cheese was yummy. Would buy this next time I’m feeling lazy and want quality pizza.
