[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I played Disney Villainous Unstoppable with my two boys. Setting up took some time and it was a bit tricky to understand at first. Once we figured out the rules, though, we really enjoyed the game. Each character has unique abilities, which made it fun to play. Overall, it turned into a great family game night that we look forward to playing again.

I will say the game is gorgeous with the colors and all the little details so that’s a win for sure. But there is a lot to this game. The setup takes forever and there are so many pieces and the rules and game play took quite a while to grasp. Once you get more into the game it made more sense but not an easy, quick, family game night type of game with just how long it takes to get the board set up to start playing. But we still enjoyed it overall and were thankful for the opportunity to try it out. I’m sure the more times we play it the more we will enjoy it.

We’ve got other games by Ravensburger that we love, and this one lives up to the brand’s reputation for high quality. There was a bit of a learning curve for me as we set it up and figured out gameplay, but it was clear once we got going. This is definitely staying in the rotation when we want to play a game with the kids.

I love that you get to step into the role of Maleficent, Ursula, Hades, or Scar, each with their own unique objectives and strategies. The shared game board makes it feel more interactive than the original Villainous games — there’s a lot of back-and-forth as you try to advance your evil plan while sabotaging everyone else’s. The artwork is beautiful, and the gameplay feels balanced yet competitive. It was easy to learn but still had enough strategy to keep things interesting. I especially liked the “fate” mechanic that lets you throw heroes at your opponents — it can completely change the course of the game! It’s worth noting this one is a standalone game and can’t be combined with the original Villainous sets, but that didn’t bother me since it has plenty of replayability on its own. If you like Disney or strategic board games, this is definitely one to try. Perfect for game nights with friends or family

Get your character's unique ability ready for this stand-alone game in the Villainous world to ruin your opponent's plan. The colorful Disney figurine and the cards are beautiful and durable. My favorite part is how detailed and well-made it is—the graphics are truly impeccable. Setting up the game can take a little longer than you might like since it includes lots of different chips and cards, but once everything is ready, it’s worth it. I do have to admit that I struggled quite a bit with the instructions. They take some time to really understand, but once you get the hang of them, the game becomes very enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great choice for family fun and entertaining for ages 5 and up.

Its seems like it could be fun but setting up takes way too long and then we could never fully grasp what to do in the game. The packaging and board are pretty and colorful but the game is just too much, especially for younger kids.

We already have a different version of it at home so I assumed it would be similar rules but my kids said that the rules were different and the board was completely different too. So they are really enjoying it. The packaging and art work is amazing too. It is a hit at our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried really hard to play this game, but after rereading it like five times in a row it was very difficult for us to understand we even went on YouTube to try and follow the steps, but it still was sort of difficult so it was packaged nice and everything but like the instructions just weren’t easy to followthe fact that the board is different for each player is confusing and we did not know how to even start the game. I read the instruction so hard that it made my glasses break. Do not purchase this game without watching a tutorial on it before so you can see if you even gonna like it.
