[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this robot cleaner. Been wanting one for a while and so glad to have it in exchange for a review. My window hasn’t looked so clean in years! It is a bit loud but expected. The job is well done overall! You need to have it plugged in to work and can’t make it work without. You only need a tiny amount of water to clean the window on the pic and it will spray water automatically. I love it!!!

The cleaner did clean especially when you use the spray function via remote. The only issue is that it has 20 minutes on battery. If the window is too big then it could be an issue. The only reason for me giving it a 4 stars. Otherwise, it is a good product and I already used to clean all my windows on the ground floor. I would definitely recommend this product as it very handy for window and door cleaning.

Supervision a must ...remote used to cover all areas .In reality it's more work than it's worth.

It has a strong suction to stick to the windows , it also spray out water to clean all the spots and grime off the windows. It works surprisingly well and quick once you get it set up, however there are a few caveats that were not expected before use. The remote control works well at redirecting the vacuum to spots it needs to go back over, and also helps spray the surface as needed. The biggest surprise was that this thing is LOUD and sounds like a power tool. I think it’s even louder than my regular floor vacuum. I also thought that the fact it has a battery, you would be able to use this cordless and not have to plug it in, but that is not the case and the battery is only included as a backup and it needs to be fully charged every time you use it. The pads also get dirty quickly; and if you use the wet spray function it makes the robot lose suction very quickly, so it works best dry otherwise you will be replacing the cleaning pads often. All in all it’s a cool tool for areas you don’t want to clean yourself, but keep in mind the windows you want to clean will need an electrical outlet nearby. If you’re hoping to clean windows on a 20 story building, keep in mind you have to get this thing on the window yourself before leaving it to do its job. I thought of using this on my second story windows, but I don’t know how I would get it on there.
