I was able to get a hold of a human instead of the chat and now feel better about this camera. don't recommend using the chat. set it up today and all is working good. sorry for the bitter review the other day

I had a LTE CAMERA for approximately 8 years and recently purchased an “M” series camera . My new camera is way cheaper in price, the batteries (AA) seem to be lasting MUCH longer and the photo quality is much better. In addition, no formatting is required and you can now perform updates remotely. Quality product so far !!!

I’m 63 years old and can use this product with ease! From marking camera's, tree stands, bedding areas, scraps and rubs. I like to toggle to Topo as well.

I bought this camera at least a year and a half ago and it took great pictures and worked flawlessly for over a year..During the summer 2025 I was unable to go into my camera as often and the batteries went dead and when I got into it to change them the camera failed to power up after reinserting the battery pack therefore it is useless to me now.. I would have thought that these cameras would have lasted for multiple years of use even if left in the woods for multiple years..

Just received this camera less than a month ago. Unboxed it, installed batteries, formated SD card, and activated in minutes. Test picture hit my phone almost instantly. Put the camera over a good trail that afternoon and received quality pictures the next morning.

I bought 2 Flex M Cell Cams in Dec 2024. The batteries lasted till August of 2025 with about 150 pictures a month and transmission to the app 2 times a day. Pictures are great. If you don't want them in HD, after pulling the SD card you can download the HD pictures to a computer or other electronic devise. Since then bought 2 more.

Bought 2 Flex-M’s a couple weeks ago and everything about them is just frustrating. Even when it says the connection is at 100% they sometimes send you the pictures immediately and other times takes multiple hours. That camera was setup a couple 100 yards from my house. Another camera is about a 30 minute drive and sometimes takes a day to send the pictures. Most of the “good” reviews has them setup in the middle of a field but if you set them up in the woods it hardly takes pictures. Even if it took a picture, the animal was already out of view. Still haven’t gotten a single picture of a night time deer and I find that hard to believe. I put feed out and had 0 pictures of animals even though everything was eaten. Even if you get a decent picture of the animal, the quality in the picture is terrible as well. I just find everything about the camera unreliable and not for someone really trying to see what is exactly in their area. Wouldn’t recommend.

Recently purchase the Flex-Dark to replace a Link Micro and am I glad I did. Picture quality is outstanding, lightening fast and I absolutely love the ability to to update the firmware right trhough the APP! That is Awesome!

This is the first 4G camera that I have used the setup was great and easy to follow. Using the APP has also been very easy. I bought multiple cameras and I wish there was some type of discount plans for multiple cameras. But other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend SPYPOINT.

I purchased this camera as a gift for my husband in April... it worked for about 2 months and now will not turn on. Have tried multiple times to get assistance through their chat and has not been helpful. Randomly being disconnected from the chats and being sent parts I can't even try because the camera will not power on. They need to just honor their warranty and send a new camera but can't seem to keep anyone on the chat long enough to get what I need.
