Waterdrop X8-Basic Reverse Osmosis System Extra F2 Replacement Filter

Really great filter. water tastes great. installation quite tricky, I needed to hire a plumber, and I didn't have that built into my plan so that was a bit of a shock.

The Waterdrop X Series was simple to install and is producing great tasting water for our family. We really love the space saving design as we have limites cabinet space.

We have had this system a couple months. We use it constantly. We have a big family. We do have the remineralization filter. First few weeks I think the filter was putting in a lot of miners. You could taste it. Not unhealthy or off putting just kind of huh. I think the taste is better now. We all really appreciate it.

We couldn't be happier with our clean, tasty water! It fits very tidily under the sink, not taking up much space. It only runs after being used, not wasting water. I saw this on a home improvement show and couldn't believe how the technology has changed. I spent a lot of time dealing with pitchers and filters that didn't filter out the heavy metals. I need to drink 2 liters a day because of chemotherapy. Having truly healthy water at my fingertips is like magic! The remineralizing feature is a must for me and tastes sooo good! We had some challenges installing it. Though the instructions were pretty straight forward, the remineralization component was a little more tricky. We ended up having to have a plumber install it, which more than doubled the price. Iam hoping we can correctly change the filter when itis time!馃

The unit was Very easy to install. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The performance of the system is adequate for our water needs. I like the TDS meter on the faucet so you can keep track of the water purity. Just installed it a few weeks ago so I have no comments on filter longevity yet.

This is a great product design. Solved several cons over previous technology RO systems

I have two large evaporative coolers that tend to get clogged with minerals from my hard well water over time, so I took a chance and installed a G2P600 RO system on each cooler. The coolers drain and refill automatically every 4 hours, so to provide enough output for a 5 gallon refill quickly I added a 5.5 gal. pressure tank to the system. The systems are working perfectly, providing plenty of output for the timed refills plus evaporative usage, and lowering my water's TDS from 180ppm down to 25.

Our plumber had never heard of Waterdrop before and had given up on tankless RO systems, BUT the G2P600 changed his mind! He was amazed that he didn't need to use any of his own fittings or tubing - said it's the best complete kit he's ever seen in 40 years! As for us "users" - we were thankful to see how easy it is to know when it's ready for drinking (the flashing blue light becomes a solid light), and the taste is as if it came from the best aquifer in the country! (Which we have had at one time.) We also had the water quality tested and it was far superior to our well, the City supply, and the most expensive bottled water. Wow! Thank you, Waterdrop, for having a quality product and some honest integrity to go with it.
