These pads are a lifesaver! They provide excellent coverage and protection, especially overnight. The wings keep them secure, and I never have to worry about leaks. Very much reccomend, theyre not plasticy crunchy material theyre soft, smell nice, feel comfortable have large wings which is a must for bedtime! I often choose these for during the day aswell to feel secure.

The extra long ones are the best. They are comfortable and you have more confidence you won’t leak. They fit well and don’t move while you are wearing them. My only issue is they can fold when you are dressing

I personally haven’t found a pad that has a better coverage than this one. My monthly go to brand for comfort and absorbency! Leak protection is a 4/5 but you should still be careful depending on your flow.

I can wear these pads fully confident that it will hold my flow and won’t have to worry about spillage. It’s relatively comfortable, even though it felt like a diaper the first time I wore it lol. It fits most underwear’s perfectly but sometimes the sticky part gets a little too stuck to the fabric.

I really love these size pads. I have a fibroid growing at the moment, and surgery can not be scheduled yet, so I can hemmorege at any time. I also wear these, so I know there will be no leaks or messed when I wake up. I never have issues with them, and they never give off an odor as sometimes I have to wear them all day.

I’ve tried a lot of different pads, but the Always Nighttime Maxi Pads with wings are the only ones that truly work for me. I have a heavy flow, and these are the only pads that keep me feeling dry and protected through the night. The coverage is great, and I wake up without leaks or spots—something I can’t say about other brands. The wings are comfortable and stay in place. For heavy flow, these are a lifesaver.
