I am a registered dental hygienist, and I wanted to try a fluoride-free toothpaste for patients that would prefer to brush without fluoride. I have been using this toothpaste for about 5 weeks and I am very impressed. First off, this toothpaste contains xylitol which is a natural, cavity repelling, sweetener. Nano-hydroxyapatite is clinically known to be remineralizing and overall great for the tooth structure. Additionally, this product contans Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate which is essentially a combining chemical and also helps with the foaming action that we look for in toothpaste! The minty taste is not overwhelming and I do feel like my teeth are properly cleaned! Hope this helps anyone

Teeth were sensitive and struggling from Dentists standard medium toothbrush bs. Wanna level up even more? Get a Curaprox Velvet toothbrush. It has like nearly 15k gentle bristles. Like heaven for your gums! They recommend mouthwash? That destroys your oral microbiome. Medium toothbrushes destroy your gums and enamel! Step into 2025 and treat your teeth right, get some smart floss while you’re at it and you too will have the holy trio. Holy quad? Add oil pulling after flossing. You’re welcome! 💛

I've used plenty of other sensitive flouride AND natural toothpastes for years, and saw little to no results. Within just a month or so of using this toothpaste, my demineralization has significantly improved! My gums look and feel healthier, no more bleeding while flossing, whiter teeth, better breath, less sensitivity, and a bit of a lovely cooling effect. While a bit pricey, I can't possibly imagine going back after these results. My teeth have never felt cleaner!

I’m so happy that a nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste is available. I have some dental fluorosis from childhood, and I realized that fluoride toothpaste was causing breakouts around my mouth. Switching to more natural brands like Tom’s didn’t help. You’re not really supposed to rinse your mouth after brushing, and find it much easier to do this with Boka. It has a pleasant mint flavor and isn’t soapy. I’ve also applied it like a paste around the roots of teeth after flossing. After about a year of use, I think that my teeth feel and look better overall. I just wish that Target would sell the larger size tube (and maybe also the travel size).

This toothpaste is more of a gel than a paste. It has a minty flavor and seems to clean well. It doesn't have the foaming action as other toothpastes and the mint/clean sensation doesn't seem to last as long.

The Boka Ela Mint Toothpaste is minty with a delicious taste of green tea and a bite of cardamom. The toothpaste uses nano-hydroxyapatite to remineralizer enamel, refresh your breath, and white your teeth. • Helps re-mineralize teeth • Removes surface stains • Whitens teeth + freshens breath • Helps remove plaque I liked this alternative to fluoride toothpaste better and would definitely be interested in continuing to use it, however the price point is triple what I would usually spend. The Nan0Hydroxy was definitely was effective at cleaning my teeth!

I was very excited to try out this new sensitive toothpaste, as I have been managing some gum recession and teeth sensitivity for over a decade now. I have tried numerous toothpastes and applications at the dentists office, but I find consistent use of products similar to this to be the most effective for me. I found this toothpaste to be a mild mint flavor, effective and cleaning and removing plaque, and similar in controlling my sensitivity to my previous toothpaste. While I do like it, I would need more evidence of why I should switch due to the cost. Overall, a nice product.
