2 weeks using the product the earbuds the wear function is not very aware. It can hardly hear you. But then I wish I could hear better with them as far as using them for music telephone calls the great. I don't know what else you want to use them for I but it's it's so it's not as good as what I was expecting but overall I'm happy with them. I look forward to Future technologies that will with the aware function. I'd like to be able to hear everything around me the noise cancellation for outside noise is great. So it's I don't know I would call it a 85% excellent percentage.

I bought the earbuds and picked them up the Philadelphia Art Museum Target store on Semptember 5th 2025. I had some issues with the earbuds the first time I used them, because they kept malfunctioning, changing from one noise cancelation mode to the other. I thought about returning them, but since I was travelling in the US, it was tricky to do it in such a short amount of time. Finally, today I got home and went into Bose website to register the product under the 1 yr warranty to find out that according to their website, it has been expired since April 29th 2025. I've been trying to reach customer's services but have been unsuccessful and I'd like Target to provide a solution to this issue.

Just to let you know, here are the details regarding battery life and charging: When Immersive Audio is turned off, the earbuds offer up to 6 hours of battery life. With Immersive Audio enabled, the battery life is reduced to approximately 4 hours. The charging case, when fully charged, provides an additional 18 hours of battery life. As for charging times, the earbuds take about 2 hours to fully charge, while the case requires around 3 hours. Additionally, a quick 20-minute charge can give you up to 2 hours of use. These offer the best noise canceling I’ve experienced and are incredibly comfortable to wear for long periods. However, I’ve run into a recurring issue where the device randomly powers off and won’t turn back on easily. It often takes a lot of trial and error—or a full reset—to get it working again. It’s frustrating, especially given how great everything else is.
