submitted byCafe Bustelo - 5 years agoBrand expertA: I do use it in baking. I put a tablespoon instant coffee in a glass pyrex measure cup and add a tablespoon of boiling water. It's like a strong coffee syrup. Then add the rest of the oil or liquid with it to make the measure in the recipe. It's better to use it as a liquid in recipes than just adding it to the dry ingredients.
