I’ve been using Dr .Teal product since I was about 5 years old & this foaming bath is amazing. As an athlete I like the Epsom Salts properties. I’ve been taking Epsom Salts baths after vigorous sports for as long as I can remember. This foam is another level. The bubbles last for ages & the scent is invigorating. You only need a cap full to have a luxurious bubble bath. I could lay in them for hours. Also good if you are having trouble sleeping

As a foot or bath soak I very much enjoy Dr Teal's, the scent is strong and it dissolves easily in warm or cold water. As I use this often it is nice to find it in the larger sized bag. I use my own scoop as an old 1 cup scoop and it can be resealed inside the bag.

This is ALWAYS a must have in my household. My husband is in the army, I work out a lot and he works out a lot. Our muscles are always sore, and this is the first thing I use to aid our sore muscles. Throw some of this salt in a hot bath, soak, and all muscle pain will be relieved. I assure you. This stuff is incredible, and extremely relaxing and soothing. I put almost two cups of salt in every time, I like a heavy dose of epsom salt. This is worth every penny and more.
