I bought this tub because it looked like a more traditional option that I would use for a long time. I ended up hating it and rarely used it. The plugs are insanely difficult to put in and the tub in general is big, bulky, and hard to store. The worst part is that I feel like it was uncomfortable for my baby. There is absolutely no head support and the angle my baby would be at seemed really uncomfortable to her. There are much better comfortable options out there

I had to return this twice already. I'm on my third and faulty one. They have all leaked pools of water on my countertop. I like the comfort of the tub for my baby, but so disappointed that I cannot find one that doesn't leak. I've said I'm ready to glue the plugs shut, but why are they leaking in the first place. Before I use them, I make sure the plugs are in place, so that is not the problem. The problem is either that the hole is drilled to big, or the rubber plug is made too small..... please fix your quality control, I loved this tub for my 4 year old, and back then, that one never leaked once, but this new batch LEAKS!!!

I loved this tub, so so much. But the hammock keeps growing mildew. We regularly wash it and hang it to dry. The first time we saw it, I washed it with vinegar and that seemed to get the spots to disappear, but then the vinegar smell was overpowering. Fast forward to today and my husband washed the hammock in our washer and promptly pulled it out to dry, and the spots got bigger! Little one isn't quite able to sit up on their own yet so this is really disappointing.

Leaks like crazy!! Our counters were drenched after bathing our baby and there didn’t seem to be a way to plug the leak on the bottom at all. Had to return and find a different tub.

Leaks all over the counter every time we use it. Should be a fun experience and time with your newborn but this makes it a stressful bath night. Position of baby in tub is terrible. Have to put a towel or washcloth under baby’s head as it just sits on the hard plastic.

Even though we wash ours the insert got moldy and I dry it throughly after each use I’m not sure why. The tub is great but the insert is just not good because regardless of care the mold is not something I would want to put my baby on.

I genuinely don’t think I have a single good thing to say about this bathtub. For ONE it doesn’t even do the one thing a bathtub is supposed to do which is HOLD WATER. I end up with water all over my floor. SECOND the netting is horrible, my baby looked uncomfortable in this from day 1 it scrunches up their entire body. It just pushes her chin into her chest. And ends up putting her whole body in a U shape. It just sucks don’t get it. Find ANYTHING else. I bought one for my cousin’s baby and for me, she hates it too for the same reasons.

It’s a good bay but the sling to out your kids in is like a thong and gave my daughter a bad rub rash during bath time. That’s my only downfall I think they should change that design with the sling and make the part that goes onto the privates wider.

I bought this three months ago and there is mold all over the sling for my baby!! I cannot get it off and this is so upsetting. I love this tub so much. It’s the best one I’ve had. But this mold issue is incredibly upsetting. I use your products always. I buy every single product you have for baby and I used postpartum. So sad.
