We recommend trying the following: 1. Make sure that the dollhouse is turned on and that the playset pieces all click into place 2. Ensure that the floors are pressed into the back wall fully until they click into place 3. Ensure that you are fully pressing down on the activation buttons. Note: The eyes will change expression on their own in between interactions. If you have the Meow-mazing Ears, you can activate the heart-eyed eyes by clicking both ears to enter Dance Mode and tilting to the right.
