Dont waste your money.

Bought this vacuum last night as an emergency because I had to throw my Hoover out due a fiberglass issue in my home. Well, let’s just say this vacuum sucks and it’s definitely not worth $180 not even the 130 that I paid because it was on sale. This vacuum is worth maybe 30 to 40 bucks. Suction is horrible and hairs and fibers get tangled in the roller. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have thick carpets. I won’t be returning because I already used it, but I would not recommend it to anyone. I immediately repurchased my OG Hoover that works like a charm. The only reason I gave it two stars is because we’re gonna keep it just to use it for the car and it actually does suck stuff up just not as strong as my Hoover.

I bought this Vacuum and after the first couple of times I used it the door that opens and closes so that you can get the brush roller out of broke and without it on you are not able to use the vacuum cause the roller will not stay in place. I have been going back and forth with the company to try and get another one and they have still not sent me a replacement. Also after the 2-3 time of using it I feel as if it does not pick up at all like it did the first time I used it.

Love this vacuum! Very lightweight, easy to maneuver, very easy to empty. I can vacuum the whole house on one charge. The attachments are very handy. I love everything about it! I actually just got one for my Mom as well.

Vacuum worked well maybe 2 times. Everytime after the the hose just clogged up and everything would fall out when I turned off the vacuum. Nothing ever made it to the collection tank. I ensured multiple times the hose was clear, the tank was clean and the filter was cleaned but it didn’t matter. Not a good product. I have more luck with my Amazon vacuum that was half the cost.

No cord lightweight

I don't know what everyone is doing because theirs broke. I've had mine for a year and have had no problems. Other than that, it tips over easily, and my kids drop it, but it keeps working!! I love how lightweight it is

Worked well for a bit but now spits things out when I turn it off or lift it up. Before doing so, I always ensure to move to hardwood, turn it off, and then have to sweep up the debris. I would not recommend. Wish I could return but it is out of the window. Save yourself the $!

It spits out what you’re cleaning up after you turn it off. It works great to clean out the car with the attachments but it’s not good for daily use on the floors.

Clogs Easy

I love how light weight the Tineco is but it had very little power and becomes clogged with carpet fiber or pet hair very very easily. Because there are so many better options for a stick vac available, I wouldn’t recommend this one. The price doesn’t match the quality.

I thought the price was fair and figured what could be that bad about a vacuum .... it kicks anything you suck up right back out if you pick the vacuum up / turn it off and honeslty it doesn't do a good job sucking things up in general. Target wont take it back because it's used & tineco wont take it back ("not our policy"). When I reached out to Tineco about the issues they tyold me to clean the filter, it's clean. Told me to check for damage (on a brand new machine) - none, it's just not a good product. Sucks that Im out the money & between two companys no one cares

Short lifespan

It worked well till it didn’t. I think I got maybe a year out of this thing - don’t even think it’s been that long. There is zero section. The brush does push some things in and up but now it isn’t really getting anything but making a bigger mess. If you want something cheap for a short period of time this will be ok. I’m f you’re looking to replace your vacuum long term I’d look at other options.

Broke after a few months

It Broke after a few months, I was only using it about 1-2x a week and then last week I was cleaning the filter and it turned on by itself and it wouldn’t turn off until we took the battery out I continued use just having to take in and out the battery well it died today so I tried to charge it and when I plugged it in it started to try and turn on which caused it to not charge :/
