Q: Hi two of these were gifted to me back in may and one of them is very hard to remove from the base from the beginning. I inquired online about this with my model number multiple times with no reply.

We were initially happy with this carseat because our newborn seemed comfortable in it and it was relatively easy to get in and out of base. But within the last few weeks the seat has become extremely difficult to get in and out of base. We are having trouble with both bases and it become such an issue that we had to get a new car seat because we're not sure if this one is still safe. My son just turned 5 months and only weighs about 15 pounds so this should have lasted for several more months. Extremely dissatisfied for the amount of money we paid for the seat and two bases.

This seat is very comfortable for the baby, with soft cushions and good head support. Installation is quick and secure thanks to the SnugLock technology and the level indicator. It provides solid protection in front, side, and rear impacts. The seat is durable and grows with the child. The cover is easy to remove and wash, making cleaning simple.

I loveeee Graco brand for car seats. I feel like they do a great job at easy installation, comfort and just having a good looking car seat. I feel safe having my little one in this car seat. We are now 10 months already and I am not ready to give this car seat up just yet.

This car seat was well worth the money I’m so excited to put my girl in it for the first time!!! The newborn insert is up to 12 pounds. Which I love! I like how it’s one button to put the handle down. It’s really not tht heavy last of padding and feels comfortable highly highly recommend for anyone. It also fits the jeep wagon stroller which I also absolutely love as I will be a mom of two come Aug 2025 I highly recommend buying this well worth the money!!!!!

Ours got stuck in the base after 18 months. Baby is 23 lbs and still needs a rear facing seat. DON'T BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A SECOND SEAT.
