A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Charge 6 does not have built-in Alexa or any other voice assistant (like Google Assistant) integrated into the speaker itself.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. In efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our electronic equipment, we decided to remove the power cable in our newest models as most consumers already have a power cable in their homes that they can use to charge our portable speakers.

It irritates me that I spent a decent amount of money on this speaker and it didn't even include the charging cord. It would have been nice to have a little warning on that. Now I have to find time to drive back to purchase one.

We have been using this product for the last 3-4 days and it has been amazing. The fact they kept the built in power bank and added a strap to it is 20 times better the. The charge 5! The sound quality is amazing and we were using it while riding on our electric scooters and the it made the vibes so much better . Great speaker, great value and the new colour waves are amazing!

I had the charge 4 originally and I figured let me upgrade to the charge 6. I'm definitely not disappointed. It sounds amazing and it's got an app with an equalizer. I also love that hit comes with a handle.

This speaker provides next level sound quality including a solid bass, perfect for me as a DJ on the go! The integrated charging function for my phone is also a genius feature so I will never run out of battery. The colour choices are great too, I've got the pink and I love it! The possibility to add the handle makes it so easy to carry the speaker around when outdoors too. Well done JBL, you've outdone yourself with this one!

This speaker is just built solid! You can tell the quality as soon as you open up the box. Perfect size, not too small and not overly big either. Perfect to just sit out in the patio or garage and just chill. Really packs a punch if you want it too but can also be easy listening as well. Really love this speaker, upgraded from a Flip 5 and ya it's a night n day difference. So glad I went with this instead of the Flip 7 that I was originally looking at.

This is a great product, from sound filling a room, being loud, long battery life, and the details look great, the porduct feels high quality. Issue, I have no way of knowing how charged it is, the little light bar that I would guess usally displays a level is covered by the camo in a way that makes it unreadable and there is not app to my knowledge on the mac that can be used to see the speaker.

I bought the Charge 6. Way bigger than I thought which was a plus. This purchase was a birthday gift for my husband, he absolutely loved it and was so surprised there was a picture of him and our 2 kids. This was the coolest gift ever! No one realized you could personalize these speakers. I have a few people looking into getting one now.

Love the speaker. Out performs any other speaker I’ve had. Hate that you have to use an app that that takes for ever to connect, just to see what the battery life is. Why can’t it show in the control center battery indicator like any other accessory on my iPhone. Would have returned it right away if I knew that before using it for 2 days.

A great piece of kit. Love the fact that JBL listened to customer feedback and included USB wired connectivity for playback of hi-fidelity/lossless audio. Pretty much the best speaker out there at it's price point. If you're in the market for a robust, high quality, portable speaker this one ought to be at the top of your shopping list!

I love my new JBL Charge 6, I've got a Flip 4 for last 6 years and wanted a bigger model, so I've got charge 6. It's a bit bigger, the sound is louder and the bass is quite big comparing to flip 4 😁 It has a good battery life, it is loud, i love it's bass, and it's brilliant for indoors listening, when listening outside the bass feels like it's loosing 😅 but for it's price and size it is really good, I love it! The things I don't like is when you put the volume up close to maximum the sound quality feels like drops, not that clean, and the bass almost disappears, but it is very loud 😅 It doesn't bother me, because I don't listen it to the maximum volume, got it with me in holiday in Greece, to listen when we are at the villa we rented, it never disappointed, never charged it in them 2 weeks, and it didn't take too much space in our rucksack 😁 Love my new music box toy 😁 it's a good update from Flip model, it is not too big, not to heavy, with bigger bass, if you like electronic music like me, and have neighbours 🤣
