I bought these refurbished. They are very comfortable and fit well. However, they have fallen apart after a few weeks. I don't know if that was just the risk I was taking getting a refurbished pair but its disappointing that they were so short-lived.

Excellent pair of headphones for the price. This is for the 520BT headphones, which aren't necessarily "noise canceling" headphones, but as soon as you put these things on, the world about 85% disappears. I have trouble hearing myself with them on. And sound quality is excellent. The equalizer seems a bit limited in it's ranges (there's a couple preset options that you can mess with and it saves them as subsets to the presets), but I have trouble hearing much difference to each settings, and I have a pretty fair ear and always like to tweak my equalizers to my perfection. Oh, they are also comfortable and stay put, I wore them out in the garden and with light yardwork and they only had to be readjusted a couple times, slight slipping, never fell off. They're comfortable on my ears, I have multiple piercings in each ear and I wear glasses, and they caused me no discomfort to wear over all that for a couple hours at a time. I could definitely see myself as one of those kids that wears headphones all day with these. Plus, the customization of colors was just super cool! Battery life seems excellent, which I am excited about because I hate having to charge things constantly.

my go to headphones love them only slight issue is that they leak but that's only when the volume is on full blast and the headphones aren't on so the issue is essily fixed when u put on the headphones so the sound doesn't leak other than that I love them so much very practical

In all Honesty, these headphones are Awesome. They’re not super expensive, and the sound quality is excellent especially for $50. I love the app that’s included and all the sound option that comes with it. My only worry is that they won’t last long, however I’ve had them for a month now and I’m an extremely satisfied buyer.

I got these Bluetooth headphones for my daughter to use with her laptop and iPad. I like the color and the trusted name brand. I like that the headset fits over the ears and not the whole part of ear. The sound is clear and easy to control on the headset. Overall, these headphones are perfect for teens and toddlers.

They’re not loud. Minimal loudness, minimal bass. My husband got $30 skull candy’s and they’re 10x better. The microphone on these is good to talk on the phone. No sound can be heard from outside when they’re on you. Good noise cancellation. They’re comfortable, charge lasts very long. Connect fast. They fit and stay on okay when I’m walking or lightly jogging they don’t slip off. However when I’m running or if I do an exercise where I bend over or lay down they fall down. Specifically the band part that is at the top of your head. Overall I’d keep looking cause for the price of $50 they could be better. Oh and they got scuffed SO EASILY. I rubbed them past my wall for a second and they scuffed. I would have returned but I missed the return date.

Honestly the quality of these headphones aren’t bad and are comfortable but the amount of problems and bugs the headphones have are ridiculous. Sometimes the headphone won’t turn on after hours of charging or sometimes it randomly cuts off while you’re listening to music even when it full charge. While the sound quality is decent the constant problems with the headphones makes them not worth it. There are better headphones to buy from in my opinion

If your JBL headphones are not turning on, we recommend performing a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source. Also, please make sure that your source device and your JBL Tune 520BT are within Bluetooth range (up to 10 meters) to avoid random disconnections. So I work from home and wear this headset eight hours a day. Most people I speak with say they hear an echo and/or it's hard to hear me. I think on my end the sound is fine. But it does bother my ears. Having both ears covered all day.

I had been looking at this product for a while and when it went on sale it was a done deal. The sound quality is fantastic for every day use, podcasts, audio-books and music. This is not exactly sound canceling, but it is a great product and I am very happy.
