submitted byJustin - 1 year agoTarget expert supportA: 1) they come with a built usb type c cable that can plug into an adaptable power brick or something similar and they are compatible with running on windows 10. They have multipoint connectivity so should be pretty straight forward pairing wise.

A: Hey Lexa, great question! The Pop ANC's charge within 2 hours and last for 24 hours once charged. They also have a built-in charge cable, so you never are without a charging cord!

The JLab Go Pop ANC is a step up from it's predecessor in many ways. However, I don't like how tapping and holding the left bud changes the noise cancelling instead of going back to the last media. Also, it's charging seems to be really inconsistent.

Love the build & sound quality. The bass could be a little more balanced or less muddy and a slight tweek to the midrange would be a delightful improvement, but overall, the product is very comfortable and pleasing to wear with no inner ear discomfort after wearing them for long periods.
