Jurassic World Legacy Collection Diplodocus Large Dinosaur Action Figure

The dinosaur itself is beautiful but the tail part 1of 3 is very flimsy and falls off I purchased 3 exact dinosaurs of the same kind and they all have the same problem. I called Mattel and express led my concern they stated that they did not know and asked for pictures and video to show my proof. These dinosaurs are expensive so if I’m paying 80 bucks my dinosaur better not be falling apart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this toy at home to play with other dinosaurs and reinact our own Jurrasic World scenes. The dinosaur itself is amazing, great details and well made. The tail is huge, and for us seemed to be an issue as while the tail comes in a couple of pieces to attatch the last piece of the tail will securely fit into place so it seems we are constantly messing with it to sit in place just right. Im hoping this defect is only with ours and not others,but in any case suits our purpose just fine . We just pretend a dinosaur rips it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Diplodocus is truly tremendous. When positioned at full length, I found it to be just over 55 inches long. Longer than my child, and nearly as long as my own height! It's highly articulated. The tail alone has 3 places to turn or move. My son has been having a blast playing with it. He enjoys using it with his other dinosaurs, and he even noticed that this one has different teeth, so we spent time learning about their diet. It was a fun way to spend time learning. It's a very engaging toy. It's also very sturdy and can stand upright without tipping over. Overall, it's a great toy that I really recommend. The only tricky part is storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the size of this dinosaur and all the moving parts. I had no trouble snapping the pieces together. The only reason this gets 4 stars is because the last piece of the tail falls off easily. There was no snap when putting in and is very loose compared to the other parts. It doesnt take much for the tip of the tail to come off so instesd of worrying about losing it durong play, we just kept it off until we glued it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is impressive. It’s a long neck by all means. It’s tall long and the head stands high on the supporting neck. Material wise, it feels good and durable. It’s going to be able to handle the rough play without any worries of it breaking. The neck bends up and down, and the tail moves around as well. The connections are solid, which you can tell when putting it together, so you won’t have to worry about the wear over time. The details of it as good as well. The color shading along the tail and neck match at every piece and the patterns also show well. Really well done piece that will greatly add to the play experience with the larger scale pieces already in the little one’s collection.

My little guy is absolutely thrilled with how giant it is. The tail doesn't want to seem to stay on but we can glue it in to make it stay. For a dino loving kid, this is a great addition! He has the Jurassic World app so we will scan it. That is a super cool feature!

This thing falls apart like crazy. It's big but won't stay put together. Not even worth 5 bucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Jurassic World Diplodocus dinosaur is so huge we had to take it outside in the yard to get some serious dino play time in! We love the colors, texture and the fact that the mouth opens so we can pretend to munch on things. The neck, tail and legs also function. The bottom portion of the tail does continuously pop off however we were able to glue it in place and have had no issues since. I would still consider this dinosaur durable and fun to play with. We are happy to add it to our collection!

It comes in a really nice box with a great picture of how big it is. It comes in pieces and was easy to put together. It balances really well for the size. We were also able to move the feet to but it in different positions. My only complaint is the tail does fall off occasionally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This diplodocus is very cool (and massive!), and my son enjoys playing with it. Like the other Jurassic World dinosaurs we have, it has the code to scan to use augmented reality (AR), and several poseable/moveable parts, such as the mouth. My son was frustrated that the tail kept falling off, which appears to be a design flaw. We may just end up gluing it. Other than that, it’s great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My five year old son loves dinosaurs, so when he received this Diplodocus dino he was so excited to play with it. This Diplodocus is huge, it's 142 cm long so my son really loves the size. I like how this dino promotes pretend play. My son would act as if the dino was eating my plant, since its mouth was able to open and close. This Diplodocus dino has multiple points of articulation which made it easy for my son to put him in the position he wanted when he was playing with it. Another cool feature is a hidden QR code to be use in the Jurassic World Play app for reality activities and games. Some of my dislikes is that it doesn't have sound. I was also having trouble with its tail. It keept falling off not sure why. Overall this is a good addition to my sons dino collection. The dino is fun, sturdy, and good quality.

We are super excited to add this 56 inches long Diplodocus to my son oversized Jurassic collection. The dinosaur came with 6 parts that are super easy to assemble and connect. The articulation points, along with the spiked spine and opening mouth, add great play imagination and realism. We added the scan code integration through the Jurassic World Play App to learn about Diplodocus. The app is a fun interactive touch, letting fans engage with the dinosaur and learn facts. My son has so much fun playing with dinosaurs from Jurassic World they look so realistic and last for years to come. We are so thrilled with this one is our biggest Dino we can’t wait to see my son’s collection grow.

Of course the quality is amazing, the mouth opens and the neck is tall so perfect for pretend leaf eating from the trees! The colors are nice. We did need to have daddy come in a click the final piece of tail in for us but that was just the small issue.

My only qualm with it is that it only stands on 3 of its feet, so it’s a little unstable until you get the feet in just the right positions. Mouth opens and closes. My kids think its cool.
