Q: None of the buttons work on the machine (like strength size, favorite, etc. I can push hot water for a brew but can't increase strength or temp. nor can I use the over ice feature. how do those work

I bought this coffee maker mainly to make iced coffee, I don't like when it gives you the options to have 4 to 12 cups when you press the iced button but, when it finish making over ice you only get like 4-6 oz when you press 8oz. When making hot coffee you do get the true oz's you chose,

It looks like the previous coffee maker but it provides some new features: able to identify a Keurig coffee pod and adjust the coffee maker to coffee makers specifications such as water temp; alerts you when a coffee pod in machine has been used; can link your machine to a phone app which also links to Keurig for ordering pods, etc. Still playing with my new Keurig so perhaps more new things to discover? The issue for me will this new machine last longer than previous machines? My last 2 machines lasted approximately 1 year each.

K-Supreme Plus is fun and innovative. Easily connected to our WiFi. Before bed, I place a pod in machine and cup underneath. The next morning when getting ready in the bathroom, I can click brew and it goes. By the time I make it to kitchen I grab my cup of coffee and am ready for the day. There is no wait time to heat up. My husband and I have our settings saved. Just choose if want wife brew or hubs brew. Would be cool if he could have the option on his phone, oh wait I could probably just give him my login! Great testing coffee too!!
