The products are gluten free, dairy free, allergy friendly, and delicious. I have been a fan for awhile now, so I was excited to try this new product. The Oaties, banana chocolate oatcups, look like mini muffins. However, they are not mini muffins. They are dense, rich, and full of flavor. I definitely need to have a morning coffee or glass of coconut milk with them but they are good. I've already bought another box of banana chocolate and a box of the apple flavored.

They have small banana pieces and they keep you full for a while, yes that little cup also they have a good amount of fiber in them which is always great. These would be great to take on the go to have a fast breakfast with coffee at work. I wish they had more protein though! 2g is hardly anything. Oats do have a lot of fiber though and each muffin has 3g which is pretty good.

I was hoping to have found my new favorite with the Made Good Mornings Organic Baked Oats Cups in the banana chocolate chip flavor. The flavor is awesome! The banana and chocolate chips go together perfectly! My issue is that they are SO incredibly dry. It feels like I am eating baked sand. Unfortunately the delicious flavor is not enough to combat the dryness of these oat cups. I’ll keep looking for my new favorite.
