Okay so my child loves this toy but it stopped working all of a sudden and because I saw the other reviews I thought it was bad quality… but get this.. every puzzle piece has a black circle on the back! IT DOESNT PLAY IN THE DARK! When I turned the light on bright in the room it worked again! It has a light sensor!!

Thought the batteries had died already but it turns out, only works in BRIGHT LIGHT which makes zero sense. We still love Ms Rachel but this puzzle needs a redesign!

My baby loves Ms Rachel and right out the box new batteries twice didn’t work. Exchanged and again didn’t work. W wasn’t a complaint to Melissa and Doug and see what happens

Not very durable considering it's for toddlers. There needs to be more protection on the top where the images are. Its basically paper that flakes off with use.

I was hesitant to buy this because of all the negative reviews but I took a chance when there was a sale. My son absolutely loves it! I had no issues with it not playing correctly or at all. Just needs batteries and being in a room/area with light. Highly recommend if your child loves Ms. Rachel and the songs she sings.

Bought this puzzle for my almost 3 year old granddaughter who loves miss Rachel. It is very nice but the need to have it activated by direct light to work is very frustrating and confusing to little ones. I wasn't aware when I purchased it.
