They recommend 4 gummies daily for over the age of 13 and I prefer to take my magnesium around bed time. I find for me that having my daily dose of magnesium is helpful overall and this is an easy and tasty way to get my daily dose!

The flavor is surprisingly pleasant—tangy with a hint of sweetness, and no weird aftertaste like some supplements have. They’re easy to take, and I’ve noticed a subtle but consistent calming effect, especially during stressful workdays or before bed. What keeps it from being a full 5 stars? The texture is a bit firmer than I’d like for a gummy, and I do wish the effects kicked in a little faster. Also, a bit more transparency around the magnesium content vs. other ingredients would be nice for those of us who track supplements closely. Still, these gummies are a great addition to my routine, and I’ll definitely keep using them. If you're looking for a tasty, natural way to unwind, these are worth trying.

The texture is like a more solid 'dots' candy but less chewy. They really didn't seem to do much for me. They come with 60 cheese and require 4 for an adult serving, which is crazy since you'd only get 15 servings. That's just not a great deal when I can buy standard magnesium citrate pills way cheaper.

While the gummies do taste quite good, I unfortunately experienced significant stomach pain and nausea after taking them. The discomfort lasted for two days, and after a second attempt, the same symptoms recurred. Due to these side effects, I cannot recommend this product, as the digestive distress outweighed any potential benefits I was seeking.

I’m seeing a lot of reviews talking about helping them sleep? I thought that was Melatonin lol I’ve bought this brand in the powder in the past and I instantly felt calm 😌 I’m giving these a try and I’ll share an updated review. The reason for the 4 stars is that when I first tasted them, they tasted like old shelf storage. If they work, I don’t mind the taste.
