So far so good. Had another Ninja XL and didn’t like it at all. Replaced it with this one. Love the accessories that come with it. Fast preheat, food does not go from raw to charred in 3 minutes like the previous Ninja. Like the ability to cook two items at different temperatures.

Good luck with keeping it clean. It has the CHEAPEST stainless steel inside that cannot be scrubbed and if you try to clean it, it will look like trash afterwards. A waste of money. Love the double oven feature though.

I believe I’ve used it every single day between toast or flatbread, pizza or roasting veggies, even fried fresh okra! This is especially good for a couple or single person. There is no need to fire up the oven as often anymore. That is if you are a cook like I am. I can’t wait to explore more recipes using this countertop oven

This product has never air fried properly, even after increasing cook time and temperature by 50 degrees! Called Ninja and they were nice but it was out of warranty (my fault for not being more proactive) and they said I may have gotten this product with a faulty heating element. I toasted some bread and it did ok for that. Too upset to try any other features. Definitely a huge regret in spending so much money. I am looking a Ninja single or two-basket air fryer to purchase. I do have a Ninja coffee maker and a set of Ninja cookware, which I am super pleased with. Here’s to air fryer shopping!

Disappointed in Ninja DCT401 Double Oven. When pushing the latch on the top oven to open it, it stays pushed in; thus top oven door won't stay shut. It worked at first; only had product one month; used top oven only 3 times. Also quality control poor; there is a small dent in the back of the oven at top.

This thing burns everything!!!!! I make homemade waffles and freeze them on the lowest toast setting it burns the waffles and it’s still cold on the inside even roasting vegetables it cooks them so unevenly. The ninja foodie is a much better product I’m so disappointed

All in stainless steel, which is very impressive. Especially the hidden control panel, with nice backlighting. The menu is easy to operate, there are a lot of functions. There is not only a grill, but also an oven, where it is very convenient to set the time and temperature, when the food is cooked, the oven notifies you with a signal, which is very convenient. There is also a function that the appliance is hot. I made the muffins in the top oven and they baked perfectly. If you need to bake something large, you can use the lower oven with convection. There is a very useful mode for drying and drying vegetables and meat. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but it's a very cool feature. In general, the oven is very functional, spacious, with a beautiful design and a nice menu. You can cook a lot of delicious things in it! After cooking the meat and potatoes, I had no problem cleaning the baking pan.

Though at first you might think it’s a bit too big, believe me when I say that it is certainly not. You can do much More than with the traditional air fryer (though anything you did with it can be done here and with much more ease since it has greater volume, is easy to clean and you can see while it cooks). The oven part is big enough for a complete meal plus, you can easily program both spaces to finish your dish at the same time despite different cooking times and temperatures. The controls are simple to use as well. Give this incredible gadget a space in your kitchen and you will be happy you did so with every single use.
