The product works fine, as it's designed. It improved the smell of some laundry that always came out not fresh. HOWEVER, I had an ALLERGIC REACTION to something in the product (fragrance, active ingredient, etc.), and I broke out in full body hives. I had to go to the ER for complications. I have removed the most used items that I washed from my environment (blankets, sheets). I just replaced them completely to be sure. I am better now; however, even after rewashing the affected clothes in hot water with baking soda, vinegar, and clean detergent (fragrance and dye free) I still experienced a reoccurence of itching while wearing the items. I use baking soda and vinegar often as cleaning agents, since they are food-safe, and the clean detergent I have used before with no reactions. I can only assume that the continued itching when wearing the affected clothes is the result of the product remaining in the fabric - since the reaction has subsided again now that I am not using those clothes. This seems likely to me since my sister had a similar issue in the past with laundry products and eventually had to discard the affected items, even after several rewashes, to eliminate the allergic response. Therefore, I do not recommend this product at all, especially if you are already aware that you have sensitve skin and allergies. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS AS IT COULD BE POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING.

This works so well on my son’s dirty and super stinky football gear and uniforms! 10/10 highly recommend!! Thank you for keeping my family smelling fresh!

Agree with all others. Why doesn't it say scented? If did not say Fragrance Free before. Going to be throwing it away.

I have to agree with other reviews. I bought this not knowing they added a horrible fragrance to it. With severe allergies, it only took once to realize, I was going to get rid of it and rewash the load of laundry. I'll be looking for something else to use in the future.

We absolutely hate the scent they added to the new improved product. I wish they’d at least offer a version that was unscented. So incredibly disappointed. We seriously wonder who at the company thought this was a good idea.

It took out the awful stains in my car seats! I am soooo happy! I just followed the directions on the back of the container.

I was looking for a laundry additive that would specifically remove sweat odors from dirty laundry. I must say that it does a fine job at removing the odors, but it also leaves this weird smell behind- one that isn’t as pleasant as I’d hope it would be. There’s also this residue that’s left on my clothes after washing and even drying them. I am a long time user of the regular OxiClean and I have never experienced this before.

This is improvement is horrible. It doesn't eliminate or remove odors, it coves them up with the most foul cloying chemical odor imaginable. If you want to smell like the wafer in a gas station urinal, this is the product for you! I bagged up the opened box and put it in a secure plastic bag in the garage. The whole garage stinks!

HEAVILY scented. Can't tell if it actually eliminates odors or not because the scent is so strong. Will have to rewash everything.

I bought this but didn’t realize I didn’t get the unscented version. Usually it would say unscented but I didn’t read it so it was my fault. Anyway, I tend to use everything free and clear and unscented so I was a bit disappointed at first when I smelled a whiff of it and it smelled strong straight after the box. However, I decided to keep it and I’m actually glad I did. I love the smell of it and it does get rid of bad odor from certain clothes and kitchen rags. I would buy again.

I have use oxiclean for years because it cleaned without stihking up my clothes, but just used the new formula; I guess i'll need to find something else; what a ridiculous smell. Why did you ruin such a good thing?

I’ve used OxiClean for years and just bought a new box of it. It is far more fragrant than in the past and it is so un appealing. I appreciated the earlier formulation that was light on fragrance.
