The idea is perfect but there is no way to remove the top protective layer to use this tape. Waste of my money. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.

I could not figure out how to remove the tag card from the dispenser for there was not a single instruction.

I was looking for acid free tape that would allow me to tape onto pictures to create mini books. This goes on clear, is re-positionable while I'm working with it and strong & flexible enough to allow the pictures to flip like a book when I use it to bind the photos together.
