I wanted to like it. Its okay as a healthy snack but it was just too close to bland for me. Did NOT taste great with milk. So maybe more of a dry snack. Wouldnt purchase again. Way too expensive for what it is

I was sent three by mistake instead of three different ones. It was rectified with replacements. But now I get a reaction like I have been glutened. I looked online and other people reacted to the sourgham. So sad. But at least I can eat the ones made with sunflower.

I really like this cereal. Good flavor and it doesn’t get soggy in milk. You have time to eat it much slower than other cereals because those get soggy almost right after you add the milk so you have to eat it much more quickly. The only thing I don’t like is the price for the number of servings you get. 🙁

Yes, the comments are true. It is bland bbbuuutttttt you can add some agave or peanut butter in the milk to give it some flavor. I like that its low calorie, perfect to staying in calorie deficit and that its gluten free.

If you want to know what it taste like, burn a piece of toast and eat that. It’s awful. Idk how anyone likes it. Texture is decent but I can’t get past the bitter burn taste
