This WAS my favorite hand soap, for its scent and gentleness to my skin. During the pandemic I bought about 4 years’ worth of refill bottles, and now it’s all gone. I bought a new bottle recently and it has changed for the worse. The scent is more like a household cleaning product, and it’s harsh and drying on my skin. So I bought a coconut water scent, hoping it might be better, but it’s awful, too. I’m done with Dial soap.

What can I say? It works. If you have Dial dispensers, only buy Dial refills and do not mix scents--they will cloud and eventually clog your dispenser. Subtle fragrance and does not dry out your skin.

Product is fine. It was the drive up experience that was disappointing. The service agent that brought my ONE item out, felt the need to say, “next time, be sure to let us know you are on your way.” Frustrating because in the past, I was not allowed to state I am there until I am parked. Safety reasons, I’m sure! Plus, there is no way of entering your parking space number before arriving. Disappointing and a VERY POOR way of starting someone’s day. Do better.

I usually buy this refill all the time, and it came out like water. Barely an suds. Really disappointed. Maybe it was a bad batch, and quality control needs to be notified.
