Bought 4 of these and they all broke within 5 months of purchase. They also began to overheat and smelled like burning!

Junk. The stem is six separate pieces, one of which is completely misthreaded and cannot be screwed together.

I was really excited for this lamp, even buying two. Neither worked, and no matter what lightbulb we tried (tried various of the type of lightbulb the lamp needs) one lamp wouldn’t even let the bulbs screw in, one did, however, did not work. I do not recommend, don’t be afraid to spend more on a lamp, because they will actually work.

This is a great cheap lamp; we're using for extra work light in a room without overhead lighting. I've bought probably 10 of these over the years, and some of them are a little bit off on the screw connections, on the long sections. It's frustrating -- they just will not connect -- and if you want these for looks, you might exchange if you get a wonky one. If it goes together well, it doesn't look bad, and you can't beat the price!

3 way bulb it requires cost more than the lamp.

Does not dim even though bought dimmable bulbs, if that’s not an important featureto you then it’s otherwise fine for the low cost.

Great price, lights up my whole room

Very happy with this lamp. We use it daily and it lights up our small space well without being overwhelming. Great for the price!

broke within a month

Had this lamp for maybe 3 months and it’s already stopped working. This is the second time getting this lamp because we had to return the first one because of the same issue. The part used to turn on the lamp stopped working. This lamp is very cheaply made.

Very cheap! We were putting it together and noticed the lamp was looking crooked. Then we couldn’t even put in and tighten the last pipe to put the lamp together. I had to return. Guess you get what you pay for. I liked it because of the price and it looked cute.

This lamp is the worst product I've ever bought in any store. The threading on the screws are all stripped and the part where the shade is screwed on is stripped. Also, the screw halfway up the lamp is bent which means even if the lamp screws weren't all stripped, the lamp would be crooked and wouldn't screw in all the way. I never write reviews but I had to for this one. Usually Target branded furniture is decently well made for the price, but you can tell this lamp cost them about 50 cents to make.

This item was broken when we opened the box.
