Q: Even with the arms folding back (which I prefer at all times), they seem too far forward and bump the back of my arms. Is there any way to adjust them so they go all the way back?

A: Thank you for your question! To secure the wheels, simply align them with the designated holes, push them firmly into place, and make sure they snap in level. You’ll hear or feel a click from the lock tab at the back of each wheel, which means they’re properly secured.

I ordered the beige and the chair is definitely butter yellow. BUT I kept it and have purchased a stretchy cover for the seat since the yellow in such a light color I think in will show soil quickly. The arms do not fold back to align with the back of the chair so that they poke me in the back of the upper arm (I specifically wanted a chair that would get the arms out of the way). BUT it was already put together by hubby so I kept it...I just fold the arms DOWN and it works "okay." I fold them up to push the chair under the desk. I may try to get the arms off altogether...

This chair is heavily unbalanced. If you’re over 180lbs do not buy this. It’s not ergonomic, it’s not sized properly and it is not comfortable. Price was great but it’s awful quality and not worth it.
