I’m really happy with this purchase. It was delivered much faster than expected and packaged very securely - almost too well, since it took some effort to open. After unboxing, I had to download an app to activate the 365-day warranty and to start the treadmill, which I didn’t expect, but it was pretty straightforward. Once set up, it works great! There’s a loud beep when you turn it on, but walking on it is quiet and smooth. I use it with my standing desk at home and it helps me stay focused and active during the day. As someone who’s 5'2 - 130lbs, I really appreciate that it’s light enough for me to move it out of the way when I’m not using it. Plus, the soft pink accents fit my aesthetic perfectly. Overall, love it!

Returning. I wish I would’ve looked at the PitPat app required to install for the deer run treadmills before I purchased this. The reviews are horrendous. All these people who can’t even use their treadmill because it requires you to put an app on your phone and then things don’t work properly even if you have a remote I’m not even going to use it. Why bother I don’t want to end up liking it and then in a month I can’t use it like so many others who are just purely frustrated because of this app you have to install. Plus the machine came with some weird marks like it was used. I’m not sure but there’s something weird about it.

It's been less than a month, and it’s already slipping. I almost fell and twisted my ankle. You need to have the app to use it, but the remote has a frequency that interferes with other devices in our home, which is frustrating. I tried to fix the loose belt, but none of my Allen wrenches fit. This is really disappointing.

The remote does not work. It only connects sometimes, and the buttons get jammed. The middle button hasn’t worked for me at all. You also need an app to use the walking pad, but the app is very outdated, choppy, and video-gamey. Super let down by this product
