I loved my first Worx trimmer!! Lasted almost 10ths. I don’t think I have put together wrong but it is heavy & tilt so therefore string is not as detailed or as low to ground?? Not happy at all with this new one!! Thought about returning item & getting plain Worx with no wheel. I did remove wheel but not as easy to use. 😢. When I finish trimming it is very botched, crooked & bear!!!

Love it. Light enough for this 77 year old lady to handle. This is my 2nd trimmer. My previous one is quite old but still works, but the batteries don't charge as long as they once did. Very happy with Worx products.

I really like this trimmer. It has enough power (20 V) to trim all my hedges. However, for the size of my yard, it took 4 spoils and 2.5 battery charges to complete the job. Good thing I have extra batteries. I would suggest the next generation have a spool with larger string capacity. Overall, I would recommend buying this trimmer.

This string trimmer is the best I have owned. I really like the self feed option for the string and being able to adjust the base to get under bushes. I also like the batteries with the charge indicator so I know if I need to recharge or not.

Got this new trimmer to replace my old one. Always loved my old one so I thought this would be the same. It works good and gets the job done but I don't like the delay when you pull the trigger. My old one started up instantly this one has a delay for some reason. Everything else is fine.

Other weed eaters were difficult to change the string. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it won't cut really thick stuff. But it was not designed for that. Usually like Worx products, but I have battery or charger problems with this purchase. Charged 1st battery & seemed OK; but after that I can’t get either battery to take a charge. This charger does not have functional charging lights that announce status (red/green/flashing green) like my other 5 chargers do. I’m hoping to get some relief on this as the two batteries provided were a major factor in my decision to purchase this package.
