Sometimes their bodies won’t relax enough to let them sleep good and that is when these come into play. They say they taste good as well and doesn’t leave a nasty taste in their mouth. With this I gave it to him an hour before bed time, by the time bed time came around he was really cozy. He’s ten and I only gave him one pill. He ate it no problem, no complaints in taste or anything. Easy to take, easy to work.
