The stench from these towels is horrific. A chemical smell? Thinking maybe my sense of snell had to be off. I searched the internet to find found many others have the same complaint. While dry the smell is faint but wet the odor is sickening and anything the paper touches takes on the same smell including one’s skin. Had Hoped to save a few dollars because paper products are getting too costly so disappointed and concerned as to why there is such a stench.

I love these paper towels when I’m on a budget. But I also like cheap paper towels cause they aren’t thick and I always grab multiple paper towels to dry my hands no matter if they’re thin or thick. So I end up using more than I need but these are perfect for me.
