A: Hi there. At Kimberly-Clark, we develop our products with great care and have rigorous safety and quality requirements. Our Scott towels are safe, and does not contain PFAs. Like most natural and man-made materials, small amount of formaldehyde may be present in some of the raw materials that are used to make Kimberly-Clark products. It’s below the levels which dermatologists consider unsafe for people who are allergic to formaldehyde. We hope this helps!

I have been buying Scott paper towels for years,and am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED,as of late with the perforation areas--- HALF OF THEM ARE NOT THERE !!! My last three purchases have ALL BEEN LIKE THIS !!! I purchase the largest select a sheet package,which are MORE EXPENSIVE than most others. My friends have noted the same issue. WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL ??? I will be purchasing another brand,as are my friends. DO YOU @ KIMBERLY CLARK NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CONSUMERS ANYMORE .?? Due to prices being so high on everything lately,it looks like you would make sure your products are worthy of the prices . QUALITY IS THE POOREST I'VE SEEN IN ANY OF THE PAPER TOWEL VARIETIES OFFERED LATELY!!!! SHAME ON YOU,KIMBERLY CLARK !!!

I've bought these before and had no issues, but this last package I found there are no perforations or maybe just a little on one end so they do not tear - you have to rip off what you need. Not happy with that and thought maybe it was a just a package but I see others have also found this issue. Scott has always been a decent product for me, but they need to figure this out. I would recommend this if they fix the perforation problem.

They looked good in package but what a waste of money. These are so thin and they fall apart when you use them to clean. The package said "now now sheets. You are going to need those extra sheets. I ended up needing 3 times more sheets than I would have used with my regular brand. Might be ok for wiping up a spill on the counter or using a napkin, but they are definitely not suitable for cleaning.
