Q: Why is the plane not able to stay in the air and always goes back down instead of staying in the air? I feel like the propeller motors are not strong enough for the plane.
A: Hello, Inspect prop blades for damage or debris wrapped around motor shaft. If damaged, firmly hold motor housing and pull damaged blade from shaft. Make note of A or B marking on prop and replace with corresponding new propeller. It is also suggested to check if the battery is running low as it can affect flying the drone. Thanks!

Q: Why doesn't it come back to you after takeoff. You literally have to run after it, to retrieve it
A: Hello, The Sky Viper Vector Drone does not come equipped with the Return to Home feature. This drone does have a Audio Tracer toggle which will turn on and plane will start beeping to help you find it. Regards,

Q: How durable is it? Will it disintegrate the first time it crashes?
A: Durable is not the right word... Ours worked well the first time. Once the battery died, we charged it and tried it again the next day, but it would not fly again. Customer service didnt help.
